Elaine Cox, MPP, OTR
Elaine Cox has a health policy background as an analyst and a clinical background as an occupational therapist, practicing in both Canada and the US. She has a Master in Public Policy with health concentration from Harvard Kennedy School, and she worked for the Center for Health Care Policy and Research at the University of Massachusetts Medical School. She has volunteered with HCFA-WA, editing the monthly e-bulletin and serving on the policy committee since 2020. Elaine is excited to work with these dedicated advocates to advance state-based universal healthcare for all Washingtonians!
