Most scheduled town halls are on Saturday, February 17, but not all - the dates of those not falling on February 17 are in italics.
Our members of the state legislature are half-way through their 60-day session this year. Now is the time to tell your legislators of your support for a state-bill offering full healthcare coverage for all Washington residents. If more than one of you from HCFA-WA attend, split up these questions among you, and please let us know how your town hall went with an email to [email protected].

We are currently working with leadership on commissioning a study to get you exact numbers for Washington state. So far, every economic study on single payer has shown billions of dollars in savings to individuals, businesses and the state.
For Republicans
Our bills HB 1026 (WHST) and SB 5701 for single payer gained bipartisan support this legislative session. Given our state is seeing increased care provider deserts and skyrocketing health care costs with no real answer in sight, are you willing to support a single payer option for Washington state? We know that the evidence showing savings of billions of dollars for individual, businesses and the state is insurmountable.
For All:
I hope you will support our improved and revised single payer bills HB 1026 (WHST) and SB 570 that will be submitted for 2019.
